Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- ½ cup salted butter softened.
- 1 ½ cups dark brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon rum extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Meanwhile, add the butter to a mixing bowl with the sugar, spices, and rum extract.
- Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Add the butter, sugar, and spice mixture to the pot of water along with the heavy cream.
- Reduce to a simmer, cover, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
